Crizelonkrex is committed to your satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns for our image consulting services and any physical products or add-ons you may purchase.
Consultations and packages are personalized services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking, at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund; we may offer to reschedule or apply a partial credit.
Once a consultation or package session has taken place, fees are generally non-refundable because the service has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us so we can address your concerns. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a partial refund or credit at our sole discretion.
Physical products such as color swatch books, style guides, and lookbooks may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. You must contact us to request a return authorization before sending any item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no extra cost to you.
Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased. They may be transferred to another person or used toward future services in accordance with their terms.

We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
